Autobiography

My name is Aaron, and my story is shaped by two commitments: showing up for people when life is at its most intense, and helping them create memories when life is at its best.

For the past 10 years, I worked as a paramedic—a role that demanded calm under pressure, clear communication, and the ability to make decisions quickly when every second counted. That decade taught me how to stay steady in unpredictable situations, how to listen closely, and how to lead with compassion. I’ve met people on some of their hardest days, and I’ve learned that professionalism and empathy together can make an enormous difference in a single moment.

Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter as a travel agent, bringing the same focus on service and detail into a different kind of care. Instead of responding to emergencies, I’m helping people plan ahead—so they can relax, feel confident, and truly enjoy their time away.

I specialize in cruising and family trips, because I love travel that brings people together. Cruises offer a unique mix of simplicity and variety—multiple destinations, built-in entertainment, and a rhythm that works for many different types of travelers. Family travel is especially meaningful to me because it’s about more than getting from one place to another; it’s about shared experiences, reconnecting, and creating stories that last long after the bags are unpacked.

Starting out in the travel industry has been both exciting and motivating. The skills I built as a paramedic—planning, problem-solving, staying organized, and keeping people informed—translate naturally into travel. I’m learning every day, building my expertise, and refining the way I support clients so their trips feel smooth from the first conversation to the moment they return home.

I’m proud of my past in emergency medicine, and I’m energized by the future I’m building in travel. The work looks different, but the purpose is the same: to guide people, support them, and help them get where they want to go—safely, confidently, and with something to look forward to.
